Once an order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. During the week it usually takes one business day, but if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through our carrier and delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 business days.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Ximena Tulum is as straightforward as possible.
First, go to the product page and add it to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
It is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click "Proceed to Checkout."
On the information page, enter your address details correctly. Make sure all information is accurate. Once the information is filled in correctly, you can click "Continue to Shipping."
On the "Shipping" page you will have the opportunity to review the address details you entered. It will also indicate that every shipment is completely free. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs.
You can then proceed by clicking "Proceed to Payment."
